it’s only tuesday, yet i’m already thinking about sunday dinner/lunch thanks to my good friend crystal.
while i was making candles yesterday evening, she called to let me know that she had gotten my Christmas card! Yippee!!! i love making christmas cards! anyways, i mentioned my mom being in town and since she has been craving this authentic korean soup that my mom makes — we cleverly thought that we should make it on sunday… well that my mom should make it 😉
anyways, it’s called duk gook… simply put rice dumpling soup! peep the pic below.
